• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Starts February 13, 2012

Program Overview
Whereas traditional marketing focused on "pushing" your message to customers, today's new customer expects to find your product or service in a way and at a time that fits their schedule. This new "pull" paradigm requires firms to rethink their marketing strategies and to master the strategies and tactics to be found by searching customers.

This course will train you to succeed in the challenging and far-reaching world of SEO. Taught by leading practitioners who are staying current and up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, this program will provide you with the conceptual framework and practical skills and tools to outcompete your competition using this new "pull" model of marketing

• Social Media Marketing
February 6, 2012

Program Overview
From Facebook to LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube – firms and individuals are embracing social media platforms at an ever-increasing pace. This unique online program addresses the many issues surrounding this new phenomenon and provides a roadmap to help individuals and firms navigate social media to gain a competitive edge. Faculty members lead students through the online program by providing feedback on assignments and hosting weekly live "Virtual Office Hours".

• Web Analytics
January 9, 2012

Program Overview
Web Analytics is the key to understanding how to unleash the potential of digital marketing. The old advertising saying of "I'm wasting half of my marketing budget, I just don't know which half" is no longer true with the tools and trategies at a marketer's fingertips.

Having the tools and power to measure, however, is only half the battle. Understanding how to apply the information and turn it into knowledge that can drive business results is what differentiates good companies from the great ones.
